Pros
People are personable and friendly. Everyone works from home. Company is small and intimate (a few dozen employees). The company participates in interesting events and its product seems to be well respected within IP circles. If you like the 'start up' vibe, this company is certainly in the epicenter of such a groove.
Cons
No headquarters or offices beyond a tiny two room rented office in Berkeley. Many tech clients are understandably concerned that all employees work from home with no physical/data security standards set forth for home offices. Due to its small size and pressure to return revenue to its investors, mid to smaller clients tend to be given low priority or sometimes shunned altogether. No formal training for new employees.
