Pros
Socials were organised regularly and the principle of what they are trying to do is good.
Cons
Repetitive work from day to day. Lack of management, training, structure and support. Members of the board lacked respect and confidentiality and made it clear there was judgement instead of inclusivity. No communication when it came to development and areas of improvement. I left the company under circumstances that were not ideal and I felt extremely let down, unsupported, confused and that they had dealt with the process poorly. I feel they mask discrimination and should rethink their entire culture and how they invest in their employees.

Pros
Really loved the mission and vision and how passionate about helping teachers the whole company and the directors are. Felt good to be working for something you really believed in.
Cons
Decision making seemed to happen amongst a small number of people and there were often rapid changes in direction which could be stressful.
