Pros
You are encouraged and given bonuses for obtaining certifications. Sadly there are very few other pros. The free lunches and snacks are nice, considering the pay doesn’t leave much room for lunches out. While they’re attempting to make changes to benefits, they are lacking at best and can’t make up for all the cons of Iris and it’s leadership. As an MSP, the company ranks highly on a few top msp lists but don’t let that fool you.
Cons
The CEO is a horrible judge of character, he’s made several questionable hiring/promotion decisions for management and director level roles. Those choices have cost the company clients and employees. He loves the phrase ‘in the interest of clarity’ then without fail lies. Constant mismanagement of funds, improper allocation of and delayed release of deposits causes turmoil in obtaining equipment for client solutions. Then lies to both internal and external stakeholders over the delays in the supply chain. No cost of living increases. The bonuses and raises they promise almost always turn out to be far less if they pay them at all.
