Entrepreneurial company, can do mentality, (almost) everything is possible if you have a plan and explanation

Cons

Because of the entrepreneurial spirit, not many processes are defined. This creates opportunities but sometimes this entrepreneurial spirit comes with additional challenges of undefined processes.

Poor management decisions, SL management couldn't support their employees in pandemic, SL management wanted to save their jobs only.
