      Small cosy experience, but small company ethics and issues

      Pros

      Great to make friends and learn about what goes on in the whole company process.

      Cons

      Rush jobs were constantly pushed through, sales lead the whole process of R&D which means that R&D never do any real work

      Thank you for your feedback. We have made considerable changes since 2013, including new procedures and processes, a Quality Management System, and a new Management team.
