Some great products Some brilliant developers, but they are leaving in flocks
Cons
No career plan Endless meetings where they just repeat buzzwords like AI and innovation and expect things to happen magically Upper management or whoever is calling the shots (impossible to tell as they change CEO every year) is completely clueless. Low trust work environment. Lots of useless positions created to micromanage people. They fire people or take terrible decisions that make people quit and then wonder why nothing is getting done anymore Pay is on the lower end, you can get better compensation pretty much anywhere else
