Pros
very good learning opportunities available . work life balance is good as long as you dont take the deadlines too seriously if you are a fresher totally recommended
Cons
whole company depends on BOSS's mood if he is happy all good else u know the rest . pay relatively lower than market . employee retention ratio is very low . overtime pay is very low (i.e. 500 / day for minimum of 3 hours overtime !)
