      Great company to work for!!!- ITEX Toronto Office

      Pros

      I worked at the ITEX Toronto office for over 5 years and I could not be more satisfied with the experience I received. The CEO has always thought about my skill sets and how it can be implemented within the company. I have been both a Trade Director and Sales Coordinator part-time and full-time where both positions have helped me become a strong leader. With the help of ITEX's values, I developed great relationships with the clients/prospects I worked with.

      Pros

      Great place to master sales tactics, build confidence and develop relationship management skills necessary in today's day and age. The team is friendly and are quick to help out if you seem to be swarmed with activity at certain points in the day. The CEO is a true pro who can manage a multitude of managerial/business related priorities at once whilst still helping you develop professionally and satisfy your clients. Growth is only dependant on how hard you work. Other Perks: -Team Lunches -Parking is always available -Employee benefits

      Cons

      -Can be a bit far depending where in the city you live. -Car will be needed if you don't pack your lunch -Alot of Tom Brady supporters

      Very small, no stable employees, micro managing Broker

      Pros

      In downtown with own parking lot...so free parking. Some flexibility for personal runs. Holiday show..it's your christmas bonus and work at the same time..meh.

      Cons

      Pay is low, no moving up even though he promises it. Micro manages everything you do. No staff to help with all the work. Makes you do several job positions because he is such a small company trying to be big. No break room. Very small office. No windows..it's like a prison. No health benefits. Labor intensive from time to time when inventory comes in.
