Pros
Very stable good working environment. Supervisors are very helpful and easy to get along with. dont expect to get any special treatment and stay on your grind because there is always someone willing to grab that opportunity for advancement.
Cons
it gets very boring at times. If you dont like repetitive work, then isn't for you. Salary could always be better and there should be more opportunities for advancement. Personally not a career I could see myself staying with in the future.
