      Pros

      The team is friendly and positive. Great place to learn and develop skills. As a small company you get to wear multiple hats and gain experience quickly.

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership and senior management full of empty promises and fake smiles. The company is top heavy for its size with too many “directors” and “VPs” who don’t get their hands dirty. Better line management is needed to develop talent and retain staff.
