RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at IXL Learning full-time for more than a year
Pros
Generous benefits, bonus potential, room to grow, treated as professional and valued for contributions

The salary could've been more competitive for the experience they want for the role but the bonus option helps!

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at IXL Learning full-time for more than a year
Pros
The employees are passionate, the company provides decent perks
Cons
They pay the lowest wage possible and think a free drink fridge makes up for it. Upper management does not care about its employees at all. They will do mass hiring for a project and as soon as it’s complete they let the employees go - including laying off right before the holidays. When employees posted inclusive signs after the company removed any same sex questions, those employees were laid off. Do not get roped in by the perks. It isn’t worth it!
