- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great work culture Focused Management Good initial salary and increments Employees listen to the management because of management's knowledge of market and systems. I have never seen management talking irrational. If some one is your boss/manager it means he definitely has more knowledge than you and not only because of experience. Excellent client handling by management. Client really listens and looks forward to ibexi consultants because of their knowledge. Haven't heard ibexi firing any employee even during recession phase when company was going through a slowdown.
Cons
When i was a part of ibexi, there were many cases of bullying of freshers by seniors specially in ggn location and this was a common practice. May be it was not reported to top management. I hope this practice is not prevalent now. HR policies were not upto the mark, but the company just started then. So i think its ok. Sapiens is a well established company with HR policies. So no issues.

Do not listen to the review feedback in form of lies, provided by IBEXI HR...
8 Jun 2016 - Consultant in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A puree sindhi company with a mentally ill and unstable director in the management. Now since ibexi has been sold to Sapiens hence they are providing feedback to your review which are actual lies. HR policies and still pathetic and are trying to cover up their sins in the process. Do not believe in any of the feedback to the reviews. Do not ever apply to this company and women and freshers should stay as far as possible from this company. Do not even believe the pics they have posted here. All have been fabricated. Ibexi leases fake SAP consultants to Msg Global Asia Pvt Ltd ( another pathetic company which you shall find reviews on glassdoor)
Cons
All the cons mentioned in Glassdoor and they are actually true ask any former ibexi employee and he/ she shall tell you the same. Do not believe any of the good reviews posted here on glassdoor. They have been posted by management pets or the biased management themselves.

Not good for female employees.
14 Nov 2014 - Consultant in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Not good for female employees. No benefits related to maternity, health care etc. Females sometimes face harassment from directors. There is one co director (having some mental problem) who has allegations and been accused of harassment but the HR turns a blind eye, and nothing is done about it. No benefits related to child care or, any other perks for females. Long working hours and made to come on weekends. No work life balance. It is not good for females having kids. Only good thing is they provide guest house at reasonable amount which is deducted from the salary but this is Ok only for bachelors...Founders stay at these guesthouses to save Hotel expenses when on tour...so no privacy.
Cons
Have got fake SAP consultants... Management is very biased during assessment. Anyone with fake resume can get it. There is no mechanism to report harassment. HR turns a blind eye. management expects to work on weekend with any benefits or any other allowances are not provided. Stupid culture
Continue readingWe have gone through your comments carefully. IBEXI has never had an SAP practice or SAP consultants; we compete against SAP products; so we wonder if this is the company you wanted to comment on! We have a liberal maternity and paternity leave, including for adoption. We have group medical and group personal accident policy for all employees. We have a sexual harassment policy. Employees are free to approach HR or the management for any issue, including harassment. We also provide for anonymous feedback. Statements about company directors are factually incorrect; you are welcome to provide details in anonymous emails or letters to the management. Occasional work during weekends are compensated with compensatory offs. We follow a transparent performance appraisal and increments are strictly performance driven.

Not good...only their revenue matters for them nothing else
18 Oct 2016 - Associate Consultant in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
If you are lucky then you may get only 2 weeks israel trip for training.....that too not 100% if trainer is available in india then training will be held in india itself. Nothing else i found to work in this company.
Cons
All are cons only, 1. No professionalism in employees at any level specially in management. 2. On the day of joining first thing they will tell to get passport and apply for israel visa but 80% chance are there you will not go. 3. They have their custom framework so they give 2 weeks training for that and then give mandatory exam for that and if you dont pass then they will change your career from developer to tester or BI(just for sending mails to inform who has not submitted time sheet), or if you are MBA then from BA to PMO(which is again to manage timesheet only). 4. If you are not performing very very well then you will be thrown out of the team then slowly they will say we don't have project for you. 5. Forcefully ask you to come office even if you are sick, your health does not matter they just want their revenue nothing else and this problem is becoz of bad and greedy management. 6. Israel management is very bad and firing so many people from fresher to managers. 7. If you are avg performer then don't join otherwise there are chances you may be fired also. 8. If you want to take sick leave then you have to tell 15 days back otherwise Manager will have meeting with whole team to remind you that don't take sick leave it is impacting our revenue. 9. For your money you may have to beg which you spent while travelling. 10. PF management is very bad. 11. Salary you will get on 1'st working day of month. 12. Still many ppl don't know where is their PF money because of management is very bad.

Made to work like a labour
30 Jun 2016 - QA Engineer in BangaloreRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
On-Site possibility even though not for a very long duration.
Cons
1. Terrible deadline 2. Hell load of work 3. Nothing much to learn if working as QA 4. Low hike 5. No cab facility for female employees even if they have to work till late in the evening. And nobody bothers to look into it. They just want work to be done at any cost. 6. No work from home. 7. You have to maintain 9 hours (atleast) minimum everyday. 8. Even for minor issues there are escalations (even those which can be handled by just normal discussion.) 9. Top management just wants to please ppl in onsite.

Not too great ... Just good for freshers ( maybe not that too)
10 Aug 2014 - Consultant in Gurgaon, HaryanaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A body leasing firm to clients who exploit contractors. Good for insurance geeks but at cost of work benefits n poor work environment. You shall get to work on good projects provided you lick the management for that. And the same goes for salary hikes as well... Only blue eyed people ( management's pets) get good assignment n salary hikes. Since clients are mostly indian... Do not expect international project assignments hence no exposure to overseas opportunites. Just ok to work for a year and better to start looking out for opportunites elsewhere n dont waste time in doing so. Blame game and finger pointing is very common n rampant in all the projects so helps you to learn office politics at the beginning of your career. Had very bad experience with people at Gurgaon location. Good to get insurance certified out here. Ibexi came out with JV with msg which consists of so called SAP consultants who actually do not know anything about SAP. Clients should beware of these fradulant SAP professionals.
Cons
Poor management support. Management is good at playing the partiality game with employees. Less career development. Useless exams are conducted. Have to generate reports to management which are not productive at all. No perks or extra compensation. Now am working at IT MNC and am happy... Should have left ibexi long time back... Remember life is short so work at some place which is awesome.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive every day to make IBEXI a great place to work and learn. MSG IBEXI (now MSG ) is a separate company focused on SAP; IBEXI does not have a SAP practice or consultants. We have customers across the world, and our colleagues have global opportunities. There is a focus on continuous learning using online training material, with internal and external certification which is paid by the company. Performance management includes assessment of skills and work done. Salary increments are based on annual performance assessment. Statements about company directors are factually incorrect; you are welcome to provide details in anonymous emails or letters to the management.
