Haha ,I could write a essay about how toxic this company is . I am writing this review so that no other fresher falls into their trap like I did. Please trust all the bad reviews that is written here, every single one of them is true. They lie to the clients about your experience and put so much pressure on freshers(and it's very rare you will get good projects and you will learn something from that pressure xD most of the work you do , you will feel like what is even the meaning of my degree if I am doing this job) , the HRs of the company are so bad and useless , they put 2.3 years bond ( and I have heard now it has increased) rather than making the company a better place, it's clear their intentions are to trap the employees.( And they justify this by the training they give which trust me is NOT AT ALL worth the money they ask in return). Join some other company, you will get a lot of chances , don't come here. Most of the people right now in the company are not at all happy and are finding a way to get out of there . Many just are there because of the bond nothing else. Oh also, After resignation , it's a whole another story , the amount of crap you have to deal with just to be out of there is insane , I literally celebrated the day I was out of that hell!!! This isn't a right place to start your career, it sure as hell wasn't for me and a lot of my other colleagues too. Don't join!!!

2 year bond and asking to renew every time. Arrogant emails from HR. No good tech leads. No support if u r strucked at any issue Politics and bad management at all steps. Very bad HR and employee care. Very low per diem and crapie guest houses in Mumbai, Singapore etc Few leaders and employees glove in hand with mgmt. No equal appraisal Less focus on work or clients, more focus on politics and patting own back 0 work ethics, always working to cut salaries, and delay f&f payment Give 7 year old laptops to new joinies staff
