Schedule is good no weekends or nights.

Cons

This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. They appear to be professional and educated, but nowhere near it. The people were rude and sometimes racist. Stay away from this company.

It’s a good environment as long as the people around you are as motivated as you are. Not overbearing and will do their best to accommodate you.

Cons

The pay is pretty bad considering the hours you may end up working and the amount of work you may end up putting in

Managers were unreliable Constant turn around during 2 month season Hectic time of year with little help from mall I personally at the time was only paid time and a half one week out of the 8 weeks Awful, awful upper management. Upper management lady personally called me on my cell and threatened me for an on site ordeal that took place without management present. I'm not sure if this is present at every site but all the photos that weren't selected (because we printed full packages at the time, without showing customers) were disposed of at the end of the season DIRECTLY in the mall dumpsters. No shredding. Absolutely be bewildering.
