They are getting their nation wide act together. Good management, great environment.

Cons

HR is definitely not there to help employees. Low pay. No raises or cost of living adjustments. High turn over.

Pros

Great engineers and staff in general. If you're an engineer, you have a great opportunity to be exposed to a lot of different technologies since the client base is a mixed bag.

Cons

Leadership was very disorganized. Too many chefs in the kitchen and this reflected in the service to the client. During my time there, there was a lot of client churn because of lack of process and professionalism in the service delivery category.
