      - Good product - Growing space of IAM - Strong backing of a large PE firm (Thoma Bravo)

      Cons

      - One needs to be a self-starter and motivated person to enjoy working here. People who just want to coast 10-5 will not enjoy the uncertainties that come with startups.

      Has very focussed and pro employee senior leadership with a clear pro India vision. Work life balance is also good.
