      None I can think of

      Cons

      Terrible management. They do not follow regulations, OSHA guidelines, ask staff to do risky things which could cause physical harm. Try to work around state regulations putting facility at risk for further deficiencies.

      Pros

      There are no pros for a company that does not investigate situations and does not look deep into a facility that had a good reputation in a small town for years and has a declining census and the population of that town no longer patronizes or recommends it to others

      Cons

      deceitful, understaffed and seems to be a company that tells you what you want to hear but does not stand by there word. Allows administration to tell someone who volunteers 3 times a week for over ten years and does a great job that they are no longer needed. NOT A GOOD MOVE IN A SMALL TOWN
