      good for fresher's not for experienced persons

      Pros

      Good work environment..You can learn a lot.Freshers can learn a lot work in diverse platforms.no dress code.You can approach the management, but there wont be any change.

      Cons

      No coding standards, No proper testing. You can easily get a job here if you are willing to work day and night with less salary.People will low caliber - a good platform.Result is bad quality software.Good for contract employees.The company has no vision, which makes working here insecure.

      Pros

      Its really a great place for work if you like to work in an informal environment,There is no hierarchy(people say so).Flexible timings.

      Cons

      You will have no clue of the company's future .Where it is heading.Its all a dark room.They seem to have a vision only in their website manifesto.they will start a product and stop it abruptly.You will work on it for 10 months finally thats all gone.They are not clear of what they are going to do.You can get fired in one day.No notice is given.I am an ex employee the only reason they give is performance is not good.Actual reason is high politics.You are not supposed to talk much with opposite gender.Its a highly conservative company.Salaries and appraisals are not transparent.Depends on your ability to flatter people.

      Pros

      You are given freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to success of the company. Practices all that it Preaches. If you are looking for a place where you can make the best of your skills and surround yourself with people who are smart, humble and hardworking - This place is a best fit. Team is absolutely fantastic and always willing to help.

      Cons

      If you like "culture" type companies, then this place isn't for you. The enterprise is growing at a faster pace than ever before, so don't be surprised if you do not have all the answers. It's also easy to get lost if you don't apply yourself; no one is going to hand-hold.
