Pros
The atmosphere and people were amazing. Dogs running around the place, food in the kitchen most days, lots of sunlight, independent working.
Cons
Management scolds you for doing the same things they do. Everyone else can work from home, except when you do it it becomes an issue. Also lack of communication or knowledge of why employees were laid off.

Small casual intimate professional environment. Wonderful Co-workers.

Due to it's size and the companie's insistence on remaining small, a loss of clients can directly affect employment there.
