- toxic bullying culture - you're expected to work all hours under the sun -below market pay - bad leadership team - huge egos, bullies - company is in a mess - sinking ship!!!!!

- Under the market wage (around 20% in my case) - Bad blood politics - Finger pointing culture - Micromanagement - Stressfull - A lot of late nights, bad work-life balance

Great if you like a start-up vibe and want exposure to lots of different things. Might not be the right fit for someone who wants lots of structure and defined processes. If you want a fast-paced, innovative workplace this is it.
