Supportive team environment with good collaboration across departments. Opportunities to learn new skills and gain exposure to different products and projects. Management is generally open to feedback, and there is room to grow if you take initiative. Fast-paced environment keeps the work engaging and builds resilience.

Cons

At times, communication between teams can be inconsistent, which may lead to delays or confusion. Workload can be high depending on projects, and processes are still evolving in some areas. Greater alignment and structure would improve efficiency.
