      Little company trying to do big things

      Learning opportunities, flat management structure, small company so able to be flexible for each employee, interesting projects and clients, heart in the right place.

      Cons

      Small company so self starting needed, currently 100% distributed due to COVID, but using slack to unite the team.

      Pros

      Began my career at ignition72, I was taught to manage accounts by Stefan and learned tech and coding basics from Joe. The culture was laid back but everyone worked hard to get tasks done.

      Cons

      Not a lot of backup at the time, but now there are much bigger!
