You get to travel the country.

Darrell Reed will work you like a dog and gets away with paying minimum wage because he pays you "salary" which I later found out was illegal but was too late because didn't have any record of the hours I worked. He always tried not paying my last paycheck after he let me go. Complete scam artist.
