RecommendsNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Imagination full-time
Pros
An integrated agency, their creative portfolio and credentials are inspiring, motivated people who deliver truly business building solutions for clients
Cons
Top management needs to think through completely instead of taking knee jerk actions. They need to listen to employee feedbacks and take decisions based on their understanding and not on ground realities. They should learn to stay invested in difficult markets to reap the fruits of profitability in medium to long term rather than short term objectives

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Imagination full-time for more than a year
Pros
Some of the teams do good work and there’s some interesting things that go on within Imagination. Like the Labs or the MLB stuff.
Cons
Besides the toxic work culture and the lack of any professional growth. Unless your a design director (although you still might need to be higher) or higher your going to have no creative input and be micromanaged from the word go. You may as well be an artworker or visualiser. The toxic work culture within the whole of imagination is apparent as soon as you walk in. Your expected to work all hours of the day or night, don’t expect any work life balance. It’s a work work balance and if it’s not then you’ll have a black mark against you permanently. I have since worked in a number of different studios freelancing and none have come anywhere near the lack of collaboration, the void of creativity and no feelings of pride in anything you do. All I gained at imagination was a feeling of imposter syndrome and wishing I had left sooner.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Imagination full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Great projects and experienced teams
Cons
Client first company. Keep doing the same thing and consistently get punished when main clients keep lowering their budgets but demanding more. Lots of great staff but also staff who have checked out and just want to earn their money without being disturbed.
