Pros

Great team with a strong culture. Some of the most talented ICs I have ever worked with. The office is really good.

Cons

CRO/GTM have never hit targets. The strategy changes every six months, usually accompanied by redundancies. Some VPs and above appear to be clueless.

Pros

Good pay, nice office. Seems to be going places - lots of smoke and mirrors

Cons

Constantly 'iterating' on their mission. Constant change of leadership. Very little room for growth or movement, lack of proper management. Frequently get rid of people for no real reason, with no attempt to find a suitable place within the business.
