Pros
I honestly have struggled to find any pros of working for this company. When on work trips pretty much all food and drink is covered, paycheck wasn’t too horrible.
Cons
Management is completely out of touch with clients needs, and with issues with the product. Minimal benefits, no flex work schedule, you will work more than 40 hours a week with no extra time off or other compensation. You will be expected to work on weekends and holidays. ‘Market standard’ PTO of 80 hours is laughable. Leadership will not bother working with you to address shortcomings and will also not tell you what is expected of your work, just a ‘I’ll know it when I see it’ kind of place. No 401k, or education benefits. unsure of medical/dental coverage
