Pros

Good for experience or if you're willing to tons of work hours like a dog

Cons

Management is a mess, they're pretty manipulative and will make promises then usually double back on whatever they offered. It's not a company to try and work your way up in, get some experience if you're good then shoot your shot for bigger and better things. If you don't really care and just want to work tons of hours then they'll have stuff for you usually. The owner has a long history of being a real piece of work, he's incredibly greedy and anything he has to offer will always come with a catch. It's hilarious that he's trying to fix his reputation and calls himself a philanthropist and a humanitarian. He doesn't do things for people unless he wants you in debt to him which is the case for most of his management team. For example, offering to give a manager an interest free loan of $20k for home renovations kept that manager in debt to R.D for awhile lol. Impact has sacrificed quality for numbers so if you want 100 guards who can't figure out how to turn on their radio then give them a shout. Look out for yourself first and foremost, you're just a pair of boots to fill a shift for minimal compensation.

Pros

I wish I had something nice to say about Impact Security.

Cons

Incompetent management, lazy supervisors and useless guards. I worked for I.S as an L.P.O and lasted less than a year because after sometime it was clear to me that Impact security has absolutely no concern for their employees well-being.
