      PTO, PTO, PTO PTO about it for pros

      Cons

      No direction, no serious coaching or training, Manager is only as good as their supervisor, when the supervisor lacks, its a trickle down effect. Micromanaged daily by VP, when she is not on the road. A week training, is laughable when the amount required to learn is astronomical. The position though not many units, is bogged down by unrealistic expectations and demands.

      too many to list, vp is bat crp crazy, no job security, she will make you think everything is ok, then stab you in the back. no team work, no support just her way or no way

      Impact Seven is a mission-focused nonprofit organization with long-term financial sustainability, a plus for employees looking for stability in nonprofit employment. It's a results-oriented workplace that provides recognition and opportunities for advancement for employees who perform well. My job includes challenging "stretch" goals that keep me focused, and incentives that keep me motivated. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities are a plus too. Office culture is positive and collaborative and I can genuinely say that I enjoy my coworkers! Impact Seven is a great place to work for folks who are motivated to succeed and value working for a community development nonprofit.
