I worked at In-Solutions Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Owner is very good but nothing good left, after owner shared the company controls with the management.
-Good staff with helping nature excepts your superiors who just pretend to help you.
-For experienced specially manager level , if you are good at credit snatching then its the best company you could survive in

    Cons

-Worst politics ever. You will never know who is causing trouble. All points out to management. (Who is management ? is a mystery)
-Very poor salary compared to market and you are paralysed as you haven signed bond (for freshers)
-Two years bond with penalty amount 1.5 L as training cost. Training is never provided. (for freshers).
100% repayment if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 6 months of your employment commencement date (1.5 L plus 18% GST )
75% repayment if you voluntarily terminate your employment between 6 months and up to 12 months of your employment commencement date (1.12 L plus 18% GST)
50% repayment if you voluntarily terminate your employment between 12 months and up to 18 months of your employment commencement date (75 K plus 18% GST)
25% repayment if you voluntarily terminate your employment between 18 months and up to 24 months of your employment commencement date (37.5 K plus 18% GST)
Who applies GST on penalty amount, they just take back what they give.
-Very poor technologies used and wont allow to upgrade.
-90% of the managers are technically worst then fresher . They are hired only for management .So your technical growth is very limited thus lack of guidance.
5% are good in older technologies but useless for team and try to impose their old methodologies which result in never ending rework . Remaining 5% have left or about to leave .
-earlier it provided 2 late coming and 2 early leaving in a week and now its only half hour benefit for a week
-HR policies changes very frequently (almost every month)
    - Variable bonus are never paid (Variable bonus, recent involvement in CTC a year back )
-False Commitments at every stage . Never believe your superiors.
-Very less exposure to higher management as mangers robs your credit and pretends as if they are solo involved in project.
    -min 9hrs working policy

    Advice to Management

You have never left any employee happily , everyone curse the organization because of you people . So please don't atleast bond their freedom if you cant solve their issues . @owner your honey bees are suffering.
