Great culture, salary and benefits

Pros

Smaller CRO means you have closer access to SLT, opportunities to learn from the best and mentoring from senior management. Line managers genuinely care for your wellbeing, the culture is family friendly and inclusive, and there is ample work-life balance as long as you don't take advantage. Salary is also above average for the industry.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating. Timezone issues (Australia based with USA based clients) means early starts to have multi regional calls on weekly basis. Smaller company means the structure for career development and role changes is not always clear.

Pros

Able to work remotely, can be flexible depending on your manager.

Cons

DM SOPs, processes and templates are are not well developed. Very high turn-over in DM staff which negatively affects project continuity and leads to poor data quality. Some managers are not collaborative and are very difficult to work with. There doesn't seem to be a raise program for employees.
