- growth potential of the product - casual environment - good setup and tools for daily work etc - snacks and kitchen

Cons

- micromanagement in the engineering team. engineering lead dosen't trust anyone but a handful of ppl - no respect for ppls ideas unless it comes from the lead - bad management skills of engineering lead - management and founders pretty much turn blind eye to the mess going around - language and cultural bias in day to day working in the team. less involvement in team discussions as they dont happen in english most of the time - hiring is whomever the lead likes - product team lacks vision and follows whatever engineering does

- 4 day work week - global presence - kind coworkers / employees

Cons

- lack of transparency from the leaders - no/poor communication between departments - strange business strategies (not focused on growth, only focused on maintaining existing rev) - often threw huge changes on employees with no communication until day of - change adverse - US benefits were pretty poor compared to other companies - no loyalty to employees, although they pretend to be on LinkedIn and in PR posts

Cons

They simply hire and fire at the first signal of distress. I have seen 2 round of lay offs including some senior employees within 6-7 months. Not an employee friendly company
