Pros

-easy work -good pay ($13.75 an hour) -good hours (not too early or too late) I can't think of anything else.

Cons

-extremely rude employees and management -unorganized office staff (with things such as scheduling) -inconsistency with rules, policies, and procedures -extreme lack of adequate communication within the office & InField employees as well as with external sources/clients -DISCRIMINATORY!

Pros

Young small company proves to be a great motivating community to be a part of. Fun - interactive jobs great for summers in-between university.

Cons

People you work with may be under qualified - poor hiring process in place. As well as management is very disorganized.
