Upper management makes promises they don’t follow through with (see examples in Advice to Management). The ball was dropped on countless occasions. Very flaky. Not a very structured upper management. I did not get the adequate support to be as successful as I could have been at my job.
With any previous sales position I’ve had in a company there has always been performance plans that you are put on if you aren’t attaining your goal. Well I wasn’t put on any performance plan or forewarned and was let go on the fly. To make matters worse, I did actually meet my prior quarter’s quota (Q2 2018) before I was let go in July and I was told that the reason I was let go was based on “performance”. I wrote a sincere and thought-out letter to the CEO, in detail, explaining how my termination was handled unprofessionally. I never heard back from the CEO when he told me he would respond to the letter. Again, very flaky.
I would not recommend working for this company, specifically in sales, based upon my experience. The people I worked with were wonderful people and the technology is amazing but the internal business dealings were handled in an unprofessional manner concerning the termination process, upper management communication skills, and not following through with promises made by upper management.
