Pros

Purpose-driven organisation with a strong focus on community impact, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Great exposure to a diverse ecosystem including students, startups, academic institutions, corporates, and government bodies. High ownership and learning opportunities—employees are trusted with responsibility early on. Supportive leadership that encourages experimentation, learning, and long-term thinking. Positive work culture with festival celebrations, team meets, wellness initiatives (Cult gym membership, health check-ups), and annual retreats. Meaningful work where you can clearly see the impact of your efforts on students and communities.

Cons

A more structured, organised, and process-driven work environment could improve efficiency, particularly as the organisation scales. Clearer standardisation of processes across programmes and teams would enhance consistency and ease of execution. Moving to a 5-day working week could support better work-life balance and overall productivity.

Pros

good amount of opportunities to learn, supportive environment, as a rising startup one needs to put in working hours thus less holidays, but company is understanding enough in case of urgent leaves.

Cons

I won't consider this as cons but as a startup this are the constraints it seems- - salary increment is less and slow, thus, not a good options for a senior developer. - lack of project planning as compared to mid to mnc's thus you have to be open to ask questions and get clarity on the business requirements.
