Perks like earning "$1 per mile after 5 miles walked each day" don't make up for deeper work culture issues.
During my time here, there was a bit of a disconnect between company objectives and underlying KPIs/strategies to warrant/support them.
There were also internet issues and the work laptop (refurbished chromebook) froze often, which disrupted meetings and workflows.
