      Pros

      After five years at Incept, I left three months ago for an unavoidable opportunity. I was unable to post a review and thank the team. Something happened today that required a review. I assumed their new corporate trainer didn't know I wasn't with Incept when she called to assign me a training. She knows it wasn't. So proud of you!

      As long as I'm with Incept Data Solution, everything is excellent.

      Pros

      I recently started as a management trainee, hoping to get into data governance. I have been told that Incept is one of the most sought-after teams when it comes to DG. So far all good.

      Too early to tell; they can actually give me more work.

      Pros

      Nothing - join at your own risk. High attrition due to toxic and manipulative leadership.

      Cons

      Pathetic leader, pathetic company culture. The number of people who have left owing to toxic work environment is alarming. Leader manipulates contracts and pay. Many peers have reported working under threat and pressure. Use of verbal abuse and unprofessionalism is at peak here. CEO tries to make everyone do sales. No clear career path. Stay away, no matter the pay.
