The extras they do give are very nice

Cons

If you're not friends with the right people you're wasting your time. And when you leave expect the superintendent of all people to start making up stories that paint himself as well I don't know but there won't be much professionalism when it comes to leaving.

The pay is excellent!!!Im a journey level laborer so i was paid quite well. Being a union member has its benefits.

Cons

Its November,and construction slows down a lot. So 2-3 days a week at $31/hr just isnt enough.Waiting 2-3 days for you next assignment is the part i dont like .
