Need to think from where should I start🤔 A very long list of Cons.. - Senior management doesn’t know how to take care of their employees. - A lot of politics inside to that company - They don’t have better infrastructure for their employees even they provide the laptops which are not in working condition. - HR policies are worst part there. Any existing policy can change anytime without informing to employees. In short, I can say only one thing that this is the worst experience in my carrier to work there. I will not recommend to anyone to work there if you are really serious about your carrier.
