Remote work framework 3 days in and 2 days remote, birthdays off, raises and bonuses even during bad economic times, they pay 100% of employee health coverage, strong match for 401k, LTIP program so most employees now get two bonuses a year, quarterly cultural fun events, bonuses for licenses and education, many employees here for more than 5 years. Promote from within, beautiful office and location, Pay is definitely commiserate with market. strong growth profile. Very diverse workforce

Absolutely nothing! There's zero pros, but all the cons. Just stay away!

Expectations are unreasonable, pay is well below the market average, employees get zero recognition for their work, managers are rude and incredibly hostile, etc. There's literally no reason why you would want to work here!

The "family-like" atmosphere is fake because management treats employees like slaves, expecting us to be at their disposal anytime they wish! Employees requests were blatantly ignored, and our well-being terribly neglected! If you don't want to be treated like a slave, avoid this company!
