The technical team at Index is producing a highly scalable transaction server for commerce transactions on key platforms, which would bring huge insights for many retailers. Some of the best benefits offered in the startup space such as lunch and healthcare. Strong engineering technical ability among the management.

Cons

Management has pivoted several times, each time losing patience of staff and having to always be catching up, leading to longer work hours and completing a full-cycle product with customers. The execution of the product development roadmap has to be as good as the engineering. Small team limits learning opportunities from senior staff.
