First of all India Infotech (shashan chourey: owner ) is not a company but a small shop, this small shop is really good for 10th or 12th class failed people, if I talk about benefits or refreshment in this shop so you will be blessed with 3rd class tea (this is the only benefit) which we call that something is better then nothing. company has 3 names: 1. India Infotech. 2. Efficacy. 3. Orion.

Cons

Never join this small shop if you don't want to spoil your career, the owner of the company (shashan chourey) is a big cheater & moron who only cares about money, he says that employees are like animals & they should work like animals. The company has many names to fool people.1. India Infotect. 2. Efficacy. 3. Orion ( Orion name will be used for new branch which is going to be opened in Bangalore soon) .

i really don't have any good thing to say, except that they didn't cut my money unnecessarily. I would have rated it -1 if I would have given an option.

Cons

The work culture is disgusting, on my first day, i was given a computer and no one was interested in being socially forward, this is not how a company is supposed to be. Very few employees work there for more than 3 months, because of their attitude. All they care about is that their work needs to be done, and they don't care about the problems of the employees. The ambiance is negative and repelling. They burden you with work and all your social life ends. They lie about being flexible and timings.
