      Do not join Indmax, they will ruin

      Pros

      You will get a lot to learn, because l2,l3 work also done by 1 year exp guyz as they do not have senior employees

      Cons

      They do not have senior employees, every body will try to leave after completion of bond. Not good work culture, no hike in salary, 2 years bond(certificates) with 3 months of notice period when you leave.

      Nothing Good, Crap system - Floating projects

      Worst management. They only hire to make use of the employee without giving any compensation. They always make false promises and when the time comes, simply turns their back

      Thought about a minute but did not fine any good reasons

      Cons

      Very less salary no proper response from HR Team Management sucks (no respect towards employees) No basic benefits (except tea provided once in a shift) If you leave the company and don't agree to stay back. you will surely get a negative feedback you are not suppose to question the management or the HR Sick leave considered as LOP most of the times
