    I have been working at Inductis full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As a fresher I joined inductees analytics division. From fresher point of view, It was good learning experience. I got good exposure to interact with clients directly. Work was not much hectic.

    Cons

    As they are a big organization, There is no direct appreciation for better performance.

    Pros

    Nothing specific. If you are not getting a job, May be you can get hired here easily as their attrition rate is pretty high ~50% People keep coming and going.

    Too many find in fact. In a nutshell, do not join this hell...and thank me later :)

    The Below feedback is for EXL Analytics and it’s subsidiary Inductis India Pvt. Ltd. Coming over to some of the Basic Amenities: 1) Parking: Reserved parking only of AVPs and above. Quarterly Lottery for below AVPs with success rate of around 4% only. 2) Cabs: No Pick up Cabs. Drop Cabs are there at 9 PM, 10 PM AND 11 PM with Non-AC low quality cabs. So in summers, these NON-AC cabs make life hell with sweat and smell. 3) Family Health Insurance: Worst health insurance in the IT industry with very low sum assured and also need to Co-pay in claim. Different sum assured and co-pay policies according to levels. Discrimination is there in Health insurance policies too. 4) Parental Health Insurance: Premium is too much high for parental health insurance. Around 60,000 premium for just 2 Lakhs sum assured and that too with 20% Co-pay. Is EXL trying to earn from employee health insurance premium? 5) Lost ID Card: If by chance you lose their low quality I-Cards, you will end up paying Rs 1200/- for re-issuance. 6) Laptops: Only Managers and above get the laptops that too of very old era. Others, need to work on stone age desktops. Also only AVPs and above could carry the laptop inside ODC. 7) Email Policy: Not only outgoing but all Incoming e-mails from outside EXL are also blocked in most of the projects. Not able to understand how come blocking incoming emails on EXL email ids is making sense. Just to harass the employees. 8) Smart Phones: Only AVPs and above are allowed to carry the Smart Phones inside ODC. Rest all need to lock their smartphones in lockers at the entrance of EXL. Don’t know If data security is the concern, then how come AVPs are allowed to flaunt their smart phones in ODC. Discrimination at Workplace. Not a Flat organization. 9) Tea & Coffee: Vending machines are there but you are not allowed to have tea or coffee at your desk. 10) Parties: Mostly during external ESAT survey to influence the survey. 11) Lunch: NO Free Lunch. NO subsidized Lunch. Only one Vendor for lunch with fine quality. Employee who can’t bring lunch from home, generally satisfy their hunger with Aalo parathas or Paneer parathas. 12) Dinner: Even if you are staying late for work, you need to buy your own dinner and NO re-imbursement of dinner and also NO cabs reimbursement. Policies: 1) Leaves: 18 Planned leave, 7 Sick Leave, 7 Casual leave per year. 2) Holidays: Only 8 National Holidays per year. 3) Compensatory Off: Although Comp-off policy is there but in reality you generally DON’T get comp-off against working on SAT, SUN or any Holiday. 4) Working Hours Flexibility: Working hours flexibility is actually very GOOD in EXL. 5) Work From Home: Sorry. No Work from home. Not even a single day in a year. 6) Travel Bond: If you are asked to travel abroad for official work, you are forced to sign Rs. 1 Lakh bond 6 weeks trip, 2 Lakh bond for 8 weeks trip and so on. This 6 months bond validity starts when you return back to India. And in case you put your resignation with in these six months period, you end up paying the complete Rs 2 Lakh amount in FnF. NO Pro-rata. This is applicable for Africa based clients too. Employees put their life at risk going to unsafe places like Johannesburg etc for EXL work, and then they also recover the bond money. This is one of the most UNETHICAL, IMMORAL practices of EXL. Not only this, you are supposed to sign N number of bonds. So, you should read each and every document before signing otherwise EXL will screw up your FnF. 7) Travel Policy: It won’t be a surprise in EXL if you have been asked to stay in HOSTEL or Airbnb on business visa official trips. DA is Good and competitive. 8) Exit Policy: The moment someone put in his resignation, his supervisor will be advised by leadership to make his life hell, trouble him as much as possible, make him cry, recover as much money as possible through cleverly signed bonds and make his exit distressed. That’s why most of the people never turn back to EXL once left. 9) Attrition: Attrition is around 40% and the reason is very much evident. 10) Increments, Bonus, Promotions are GOOD and Competitive. I feel they had to give, otherwise attrition will go from 40% to 80%. However, bootlickers in EXL grow very much faster than result oriented hard working employees. 11) Dress Code: Generally business casuals are allowed on all the 5 days.
