      Unprofessional and indecisive management

      Pros

      Small company so decisions are taken faster, not necessarily correctly Good in marketing coz that is how it sells Good focus given on the infrastructure

      Cons

      Indecisive mgmt, employees and customers are sold dreams and not reality. Many employees were on a paid vacation. Employee handling is the worst part. For last 12 years company hasn't grown because of unfair treatment. The good reveries are posted by mgmt to distract viewers from guanine reviews. Tech team lacks the depth in every aspect

      Pros

      Good Parking Space for people who remain contented with mediocre outputs. As the knowledge of cyber security is still at incipient stage, Indusface is reaping benefits of an early entrant.

      Cons

      Founders can take honorary posts as they have pumped money but no way they are capable enough to handle CXO level positions. They are neither that much educated nor talented. They set wrong examples in front of juniors. CPO is nutrition specialist and works for 4 hours (BSc in Nutrition; completed in 4 years). CTO & CEO have vacuous subject knowledge and wont be able to compete with any other security company peers. 99% of the news (about growth, expansions, outlook etc) published by the company are exaggerated and paid. Many people fall victim by believing those paid news.

      Flexible working hours. Workfrom Home. Good pay. Good colleagues.

      Cons

      Any time you can be eliminated/Fired!! yup that's the true. i worked Indusface for more than 2 year in that period of time they fired almost 30 people.(Its not because of bad performance they just hire and fire). No work life balance. Pathetic support engineers. NO PF. As per law Any Indian organisation which has 20 or more employees (not daily workers) are obliged to cover their employees under the EPF fund,Indusface has more than 20 employees. Showing some inappropriate things/reasons(management did some survey long years back for pf and some emp they opted for no) they are not ready to pay pf. Note ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT PEOPLE SO THE REVIEWS ARE NOT GUANINE.

      Thanks for your feedback. we are happy to seeing what you have acknowledged as the pros of working at Indusface and do differ with your opinion of what all you have mentioned in the Cons....there is a very large base of employees who have been with the organization for over four to five years and that itself stands testimony to the fact that growth and recognition comes with good work and valued as well. As regards PF, we totally comply with government rules and the terms of the PF Act. Would have been great if you would have put forward your queries and concerns while at Indusface through the various feedback mechanisms that are open to all and we would have been very happy to have addressed them to your satisfaction.
