      Most of the employees seem nice and pleasant Free coffee and snacks

      Cons

      Too many redundant meetings that one cn not get to finish the outdated processes. Too many outdated processes that slow one down. Needs real computerized PLM system too do things faster not this 1999 type method

      Pros

      Don't have to worry about safety rules because no one follows. It feels home because the South Asian just speak Punjabi and Hindi.

      Cons

      No difference between a conner store and Production because they have no working methods ,will just use Excel at the most Pivot tables,Lots of politics, Might get many moments to see manager yelling at people on top of his voice on the production floor.
