Pros

- Transportation, living expenses, accomodation, 2x meal per day (lunch and dinner) are all covered by them. - You will have many portfolios and if you are in a nice project, you may have your name show up in the credits roll. - You'll become quick and good at your job since there is always deadline and high standards that you must fulfill.

Cons

- If it's urgent, you may have to work overtime and you won't get paid for it. - There are times when you will be forced to give up your holiday to catch up with deadline. - Don't ever hope for BIG salary increase, the chances of it happening is astronomical.

Pros

IFW is the best place to learn as much as you can in animation industry. The projects have been international standard, so has the supervisors. Tutorials are exorbitant and supervisions are accommodated. Working environment is conducive. The working culture for artists are family-like. This company is highly recommended for those who have the passion in animation (with all the components supporting the industry) and all the more so to be a specialist.

Cons

Poor work and life balance. Projects are contract-base, thus there are no guarantee over long-term job security. Wage is considerably low. However this is subject to personal development, opportunity, and overall termly review. The site is quite remote from the city centre, limiting entertainment and interaction with the outer environment. As a result, a reasonable high retention rate has been occurred.
