      High compensation Good benefits Managers and Directors put client care first The organization stands behind the mission statement of helping those who suffer from the disease of addiction

      Watching past clients relapse Expanding quickly, sometimes difficult to keep up with the growth Balancing work/life is challenging when you really care about your clients and what happens in their lives. Not a 9-5 job sometimes

      Pros

      The programming is unique and the entrepreneurial spirit is attractive.

      Cons

      Ownership has no idea what they're doing. They jump from one idea to the next without informing staff. They don't listen to the people they've hired. Morale is low and there's a constant feeling of tension and uncertainty. There is no integrity. Ownership leads a publicly lavish lifestyle yet the company had to layoff workers and cut hours. It's disturbing to see leadership talk about saving lives when in reality all they want to do is make money.

      CEO/Founder lacks direction and is enabled by mother and leadership. Leadership lacks foundational skills for their positions and as a result very defensive regarding position/territory.
