Employees tend to be very rude to each other. Apparently, everyone is an "equal" partner with one another; however, once something goes wrong, then there is no equality. Everyone is just dying to throw each other under the bus and not take blame for their errors. No matter how well you do, there is always something to criticize and belittle you. Not only are you overworked and underpaid, but you have to watch your back. No one can be trusted in this company. Everyone has a vile persona that will make you sick!
