Pros

Remote work, leads provided, solar + roofing

Cons

Very unorganized. Same days meetings scheduled for you and no communication is given just the assumption that you'll check your email on your days off. They'll bring you on as a 1099 and let you go for no reason whatsoever. You are responsible for design prep for your customers, there's no inside sales team just lead setters that don't understand how to set qualified meetings. Lots of wasted time meeting with people who will never show for the meeting. Training was done over the course of 4 days, for an hour each day. Definitely required to teach yourself most of the software. Never once was introduced to any sort of a "team" god knows what's truly going on. Seems like multiple businesses operating under different names. Roofing, Solar + exterior construction work. $500 is all I was paid for over a month of work. Don't waste your time with this company.

Pros

If you are really good with people and like to hustle you could make decent money but its hit or miss and you are not guaranteed a paycheck. I do not see it working long term. Maybe better for high schoolers not those with a degree.

Cons

It is my opinion that there is no stability, they treat their employees badly, management do not respect their employees or value them. I would say a lot more but these things are not totally confidential. I just really feel the need to warn people not to get their hopes up. There is really no room for advancement and I felt used. It was awful for me and I felt very weird about the company the whole time and was so relieved to quit.

Pros

The co workers are friendly

Cons

Multiple people lied to me, during the interview and after, at this company. There's a mandatory training period before you get paid. This means that you work for free, until they "hire you," officially. Even though you already "accepted" the job offer and have filled out paperwork. Don't trust these people, unless you want to work for free.
