Pros
Pay Intelligent and experienced coworkers Nice catered meals Cheap and good health insurance
Cons
Corporate environment with a large parent company steering the ship more than local management wants to admit. Metrics-driven and not a single thing matters other than that. You must close a certain number of tickets and do busy work with any spare second you have during the day. Extremely micromanaged - uses monitoring tools to see what you're working on and how much time you've "wasted" not on a ticket. Totally uncompromising for simple personal challenges that affect regular people. Absolutely no support from upper-management. This is a very "just figure it out and get it done" place. Required to obtain new certifications regularly on top of strict metrics requirements
